Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence in daily living activities
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
• Active and unrestricted Oregon state license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Ability to meet contract start date requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance standards
