Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapist Specialty: Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years of required occupational therapy experience License: Required occupational therapy license Certifications: Lymphedema Certification required Must-Have: Must live 50 miles away. Must be available to work one holiday if needed. BLS required. Description: Must have Lymphedema Certification. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation. Program planning and administration of treatment to all patients is essential. Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral. Develops comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment. Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
