Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel Contract)

Sugar Land, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (Travel) | 13 Weeks with Possible Extension | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and treatment notes using the facility's EMR system (ProTouch)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to other units within the facility as needed, including HNW and Med Center areas

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Ability to work a day shift schedule in an onsite, inpatient environment
• Compliance with facility dress code (black scrubs required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1.5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IPR)
• Familiarity with ProTouch EMR system
• Experience floating across multiple units or care settings within a hospital environment
