Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Alamosa, Colorado offers access to notable outdoor destinations and a quieter San Luis Valley setting. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve is about 35 miles northeast of Alamosa, and the Alamosa National Wildlife Refuge sits about 8 miles south of the city for birding and wildlife viewing.
