Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement patient care plans as directed, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license — permanent South Carolina state license required (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete required credentialing and documentation prior to assignment start
• Must meet all contract quality assurance credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
