Job Overview

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across patients in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
Provide direct speech and language therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week

Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong documentation standards
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and credential requirements
