About the Position

Job Title: Sonographer Profession: Sonographer Specialty: Ultrasound Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday through Thursday 0730-1700 and Friday 0730-1130 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not Required Certifications: ARDMS, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: MFM experience preferred, but strong Client experience may be acceptable. Description: Candidates should hold RDMS certification in OB/GYN. Fetal echo certification is preferred. Imaging studies include detailed anatomical surveys, fetal echocardiograms, BPP, fetal growth assessments, umbilical artery Dopplers, and transvaginal and first-trimester ultrasounds. Amniocentesis ultrasound guidance is required. MFM experience is essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to perform complex scans. Limit of 10 scans and restricted number of complex studies. Experience with Viewpoint and Epic systems is necessary. Scanners used are GE E10 and Expert 22. No lead or supervisory roles are required. Reports are made to in-office MFM providers. IV experience is not required. No weekend or holiday shifts are required. No on-call duties are expected. Dress code requires black pants and common spirit color scrubs. Prefer candidates with MFM experience, though strong backgrounds in Client will also be considered. Cancellation policy applies to 4 shifts per 13 weeks.
