About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of PT experience required License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Previous experience in a rehab hospital preferred - No use of nicotine in any form Description: Seeking a physical therapist for inpatient rehabilitation. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. The patient to therapist ratio during the day is 1:5 and on weekends is 1:3. Floating between units is not required. On-call duties are not required. Block scheduling is open for accommodation. Experience in acute care and rehab is essential. The therapist will work with diverse patient populations. Candidates should be proficient in a wide range of rehabilitation techniques and assessments. BLS certification is required. Strong communication and patient education skills are necessary. The role will involve developing patient care plans and assessing progress. Candidates must have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. It is a strict no-tobacco facility, and a positive nicotine test will lead to cancellation.
