Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and provide direct patient care in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
• Support a positive and professional patient experience throughout the course of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington (permanent state license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
