Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0800-1630 Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Cath Lab Tech National License (RCIS) Certifications: BLS, Annual TB Screening, Flu Vaccine, Hepatitis B, MMR, COVID 19 Vaccine, Tdap, Varicella Must-Have: - Completed Employee Medical History Form - Completed Drug Screen - Completed Background Check - Completed Skills Checklist - Completed Reference Check - Competency Validation Description: Responsible for performing various procedures in the Cath Lab. Must ensure the highest level of patient care and safety. Operates and maintains specialized equipment used during procedures. Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient outcomes. Participates in continuous education and training. Adheres to all health and safety standards. Maintains accurate patient records and documentation. Assists in the preparation of the patient for procedures. Demonstrates clinical proficiency in Cath Lab practices. Engages in quality improvement initiatives. Follows infection control protocols.
