Job Overview

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The clinician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in adult and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy for speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Document patient progress and update care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams
Educate patients, families, and caregivers
Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Support rehabilitation outcomes for skilled nursing residents

Assignment Details

Start Date: 07/06/2026
End Date: 10/03/2026

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday (Full-time contract)

Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathologist license required (state dependent)
Master s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Strong communication and patient management skills
Ability to work in interdisciplinary team environment
Must comply with facility onboarding requirements
Valid state/federal ID required on-site at all times
Dress code compliance: grey scrubs or black slacks as required
COVID-19 vaccination or exemption may be required per facility policy
