Pay: $2,467 to $2,667 per week

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
• Ability to complete patient documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
