Contract | Days | Full-Time (5 days/week, 32-hour guarantee)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and plan of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant license, or proof of application with an estimated approval date
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
