Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 5x8 shifts with variable start times between 7am–5pm; weekend rotation every 5–7 weeks for inpatient coverage required; no on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet department objectives while delivering patient-centered care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with periodic coverage of inpatient duties on a rotating weekend schedule

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Women's health experience and/or certification, or actively working toward PRPC or WCS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience
• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
