Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility
• Experience providing SLP services in a clinical or long-term care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a veterans care, long-term care, or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with dysphagia evaluation and treatment protocols
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
