Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy assistant services within an outpatient therapy setting
• Assist in the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code and operational policies as provided during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Must meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before assignment start
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation therapy environments
