About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not specified Certifications: ARRT, CRT, RCIS or RCES, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - ARRT, CRT, RCIS or RCES - ACLS & BLS Description: Unit Information: - Number of Beds: 13 - Number of Staff: 30 - Type of Staff: RN, CVT - Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or until all cases are completed - Night Shift: On Call - Patient Ratios: 1:3 - Type of Equipment: Philips and GE - Documentation System: Meditech, Mac Lab Call Requirements: - After hours, weekends and major holidays Typical Hiring Profile: - Previous cath experience is preferred. - Candidates must be flexible and able to function independently. Dress Code: - Scrub color provided by the institution. General Comments: - On-call is required during the week and every other weekend. - One position available. - This position is created due to contractor replacement.
