About the Position

Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care RRT Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care License: Current RRT License required Certifications: PALS Must-Have: 1+ year Neonatal or PICU Critical Care experience Advanced skills in admitting and managing vented patients Familiarity with heliox therapy and non-invasive ventilation Description: This is a dedicated role focused on providing respiratory therapy in a Neonatal Intensive Care setting. The position requires independently admitting and managing ventilated patients in a critical care environment. Candidates must be proficient with Servo U ventilators and skilled in setting up and managing heliox therapy. Experience with non-invasive ventilation techniques, including BiPAP and CPAP, is essential. Neonatal skills should encompass Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide use, and high-frequency ventilation techniques.
