Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting across an assigned geographic territory
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a manager
• Deliver patient care across a multi-county service area spanning approximately 60 miles
• Document patient care and progress using the designated electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State PTA license required
• Oregon PTA license required (candidates may begin with WA licensure while actively obtaining OR licensure)
• Minimum of 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical records system
• Familiarity working within interdisciplinary team environments in a home health setting
