About the Position

Travel Physical Therapist – Home Health

Location: Augusta, Georgia
Weekly Pay: $2,600 – $2,750 Weekly Gross
Contract Lenght: 12 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment with a leading home health and hospice organization in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong home health experience, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to provide individualized therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in home settings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience required
• Home Health experience preferred
• Active GA PT License or Compact PT eligibility required
• BLS Certification required
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience highly preferred
• Experience with:
  • Orthopedic Rehabilitation
  • Neurologic Rehabilitation
  • OASIS Documentation
  • Home Exercise Programs
  • Gait Training
  • Strength Testing
  • Post Stroke Rehabilitation
  • Dementia/Alzheimer’s Care
  • Total Joint Replacements
  • Mobility & Safety Training
