About the Position

Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a dedicated patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as expected by clinic protocol
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Prior clinical experience as a PT or PTA (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet established productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a high-volume caseload

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
