Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services during a facility-wide transition to the EPIC electronic health records system
• Support continuity of patient care throughout the EHR implementation period
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes within EPIC
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow during the system transition

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California required
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification required
• Recent hands-on experience with both EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a facility undergoing an EHR system transition
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving workflows in a fast-paced clinical environment
