About the Position

MRI Technologist – Travel Assignment

Location: Gainesville, FL 32608
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8H Evening (02:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Rotation: No
Float: Yes – Position will float to all Gainesville MRI locations on campus
Work Setting: Outpatient Neuroimaging / Hospital Imaging Center

Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $2,800/week

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a fast-paced neuroimaging center. The MRI Tech will perform diagnostic and treatment MRI procedures, collaborate with the imaging team, and work with critically ill patients in a hospital setting. Strong experience with Siemens MRI systems is required

Requirements

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• Must have recent hospital experience with critically ill patients
• Siemens MRI experience required (XA and B platforms including Avanto, Verio, Prisma, Aera, and Sola)
• Active BLS certification required
• Previous travel experience required
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification requiredNo 180+ day non-clinical break in employment
• Must be comfortable floating between MRI locations on campus
• EMR experience required
