Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population spanning all age groups
• Treat conditions including vestibular disorders, BPPV, dry needling, and external physical health cases
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits
• Maintain a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Float to other clinic locations within the region as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
• Previous travel or multi-site experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating vestibular conditions, including BPPV
• Familiarity with dry needling techniques
