Compensation

• Weekly Pay Package: $1,800 – $1,960/week

Job Overview

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 15-week assignment. The ideal candidate must have strong Operating Room experience, prior travel experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment serving patients from neonates to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures across multiple patient populations
• Assist with portable and bedside imaging procedures
• Support Operating Room imaging needs using C-Arm equipment
• Maintain radiation safety and infection prevention standards
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and administer contrast when required
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate imaging records using PACS and Epic systems

Schedule & Unit Details

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday – Friday blocked schedule
• Floating required within scope of practice
• Orientation: 40 Hours
• High-volume hospital environment with busy OR support

Requirements

Required:

• ARRT (R) Certification
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 5 years X-Ray Tech experience
• Previous travel experience required
• Strong Operating Room experience (Hard Stop)
• PACS experience required
• Epic experience required

Preferred:

• ACLS Certification
• Trauma Level I/II experience
• Contrast administration experience
• Peripheral IV start experience
