Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a patient population of active young professionals
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Treat partial pelvic caseload cases as part of overall patient responsibilities
• Float to additional clinic locations within the area as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to additional clinic locations as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Experience or familiarity with pelvic health treatment is a plus
