The Physical Therapist plans and conducts treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. The role involves serving as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups. Responsibilities include completing evaluations to ensure quality standards are met. Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide therapy interventions using suitable treatment protocols and techniques. Develop individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication with relevant parties. Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as needed. The role supports a diverse patient population within an outpatient clinic setting. Therapists will collaborate with colleagues and benefit from a supportive team environment. Work hours allow time for necessary documentation between patient sessions. Therapists are expected to adhere to a professional dress code of business casual. Time off requests can be discussed to accommodate personal needs. This position requires all associates to receive necessary vaccinations.
