Location: Roseburg, OR

Pay: $2,165 to $2,365 per week

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
• Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

You will support patients across the continuum of care using evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. Your role will influence patient outcomes and functional communication and swallowing progress.
