Job Title: Travel Social Worker 
Location: Cumming, GA, 30041
Duration: 13 Weeks (04/27/2026 – 07/25/2026)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Shift: 8-Hour Evening Shift
Weekly Pay : $1700-$1750/week   

Job Description

• Provide social work services in a hospital-based behavioral health setting
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care plans
• Support patients and families with discharge planning and resources
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based social work experience
• Active LCSW license (State of Georgia) required
• AHA BLS certification required
