Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a travel assignment in York, PA. This role requires expertise in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings with IV and medication preparation experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in hazardous and non-hazardous med preparations within a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Prepare and dispense medications including IV and hazardous drugs
• Provide pharmaceutical care in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings
• Utilize Epic Beacon for medication management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws
• Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication safety

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• PA state license required
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience in an oncology setting
• IV trained with experience in hazardous and non-hazardous med preparations
• Experience with Epic Beacon is required
