Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) – Microbiology Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM) Weekly Pay: $1900/week(Local)  and $2100(Traveler) Job Description We are hiring an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) with a strong background in microbiology. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience in bacteriology, mycobacteriology, mycology, and parasitology within a hospital clinical laboratory setting. Required Qualifications

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (in hand)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• At least 2 years of recent experience in:
  • Bacteriology
  • Mycobacteriology
  • Mycology
  • Parasitology
• ASCP Certification (MT or equivalent)
• Experience in a hospital clinical laboratory

Required Skills

• Microbiology testing and analysis
• Bacteria identification (including geographical considerations)
• Mycobacteria culture
• Ova and Parasite concentration and identification
