Job Title: Surgical Technologist – CVOR (Open Heart) Location: Farmington, CT
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Start Date: 06/08/2026
Shift: 10-Hour Rotating Shifts (Day)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $2400–$2800 per week Job Description We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with strong CVOR (Open Heart) experience. The ideal candidate will have experience scrubbing open heart cases and be flexible to assist in other surgical specialties as needed, including orthopedic, neuro, and general surgery. Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Minimum 2 years of hospital surgical tech experience
• NBSTSA Certification (CST)
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Experience in CVOR / Open Heart procedures

Additional Requirements

• Must be flexible with rotating shift start times (7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM)
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime if needed
• Must be open to floating within scope (within 30 miles)
• Time-off requests must be minimal and approved prior to confirmation
• Local candidates accepted (within 75-mile radius)
