Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Sawgrass, FL

Pay: $1,185 to $1,385 per week

About the Position

Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. (Client may require BLS prior to start.)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine preferred.
• Prior experience working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting required.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records for documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations.
