About the Position

Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners. You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
  • Current experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities commonly used in post-acute care.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred.
  • Ability to work with medically complex and geriatric populations preferred.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Shift Name: Days
  • Shift Details: Days 0830-1630, 5x8
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes
  • Candidates may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
