Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Missouri PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to follow established care plans and document according to facility policies.
