Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in home health setting preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per home health regulations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within the service area.
• Ability to work independently in community and home environments.
