You will also participate in periodic office meetings. An average of 5-6 patients will be seen per day. You will be responsible for managing your schedule effectively. Documentation, travel, and visit types hold different point values toward productivity. You will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, which will equate to roughly 6-8 points. You must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from your home base. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. You will not be compensated for commuting to and from the first and last patient. Accepting patients, regardless of their location, is essential to avoid cancellations. All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation may impact patient care and billing. Weekend requirements may vary per location and should be discussed during the interview. You will use the HomeCare HomeBase EMR for documentation. Home health experience is a requirement for this position. You must have a clear understanding of the expectations and requirements associated with this role.
