Experience working in a rehabilitation setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to handle a varied caseload while maintaining quality care. Knowledge of speech therapy practices and procedures is required. Flexibility to adapt to different patient needs and treatment plans is necessary. Commitment to providing outstanding patient care is a must.
