About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: Full-Time Shift: 8 Hour Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid PT license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Description: Position Title: Physical Therapist. Base pay will be based on experience. Shift requirements are from 0800 to 1700 hours. Certifications required include BLS and a valid PT license. Typically, weekend rotation is every 4-5 weekends. Charting is performed using Meditech. Call policy is two hours before the shift starts. Responsibilities include outpatient (OP), inpatient (IP), and skilled nursing unit (SNU) care. Scrub colors must be professional. Relocation allowance is available with receipts required for reimbursement. Sign-on bonus structure available based on employment duration.
