About the Position

License: Current PTA License Certifications: BLS, Drivers License, Auto insurance, Auto registration, TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, Physical. Must-Have: Willingness to travel outside the area or work weekends if required. Description: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant. Home health experience is preferred. Assigned territory includes multiple areas. Two options are available: guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours. If guaranteed hours are selected, productivity of at least 30 points per week is required. Thirty points equate to 36 hours guarantee. Travelers must be willing to see patients outside their assigned area if needed. Refusal of patients may lead to the guarantee being voided. Guarantee does not apply in the first and last week of assignment or during holidays. For non-guaranteed hours, weekend coverage may be required. Travelers may need to go outside the service area occasionally to secure a full caseload. Patients with COVID-19 or PUI must be seen. Payment is made on a per-visit basis. Routine visits convert to points and hours as defined in specific guidelines. Hours are approved based on visit types. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of application. Any additions to requested time off after submission may risk removal from future opportunities. This position requires a commitment to quality care and flexibility in scheduling.
