Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with mobility training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and fall prevention preferred.
- Ability to document care in electronic medical records required.
- Client requires floating between two facilities within Danville, IL; candidate must be willing to float as needed.
