About the Position

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Massachusetts PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtained prior to start.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, transfers, and ADL-focused care.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow established care plans.
