Physical Therapy Assistant

Pay: $1,357 to $1,557 per week

About the Position

Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, adaptive equipment, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and follow physical therapy care plans.
