The role involves providing physical therapy services in patients' homes. Candidates must have experience using OASIS and Homecare Homebase. Home health clinicians are responsible for managing their own schedules and mileage. Mileage reimbursement is provided from the first patient visit to the last. Daily patient care will include adult and geriatric populations. Therapists will be expected to implement home exercise programs and educate patients and families. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in assessing and treating various conditions. No call or weekend requirements are expected in this position. Each therapist will have a specified group of patients within assigned zip codes. Qualified candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced work environment.
