In this role, you will apply professional judgment and clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients. You will work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings. You will assess functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans. Your goal will be to help patients improve their independence and quality of life.
