Quick story: In a former life I served as an US Army Staff Sergeant. I was trained as a Combat Medic in San Antonio, TX and completed one tour to Iraq (06-08).
Since then I've earned a MBA and recruited physicians, advanced practitioners for locums assignments and now allied health providers across all specialities.
I love what I do because I get to impact communities by connecting them with quality professionals; who I also get to build lasting relationships with.

Shawna contacted me a couple of years ago about traveling for AMN. She shot out my profile to a few labs and soon after that, Bam I had my first interview and job offer. She's always quick to respond to any questions or issues that may arise. She's always in contact with me showing her interest and attentiveness to my job, needs, and situation. Shawna & I have had contact for a few years, but finally, schedule worked out I could come onboard with Club Staffing. She has helped to shepherd me through a confusing, contradictory, and redundancy riddled AMN system. everyone I talked to was helpful, but Shawna has gone the distance, checking in with me frequently and helping or giving advice to solve problems. I don't know if anyone else has had the IT, payroll, and other issues I had, but Shawna made the difference between quitting club Staffing in frustration and persisting. Hats off to the lady!!

Wow ,,, Now this is what a recruiter is suppose to be like. After being a traveling Sonographer for over 15 years I connected with Shawna Sutherland through Club Staffing . Now this young lady is a hard act to follow!!!!! Now I've had my share of BAD recruiters,,,NOT WITH SHAWNA.Ms. Sutherland was no joke. She is very personable ,has a great attitude & is always willing to help. She didn't just through me to the wolves once I signed my contract.She stuck with me from start to finishing the whole tedious beginning process.She always return my phone calls and never once did she make me feel like I was getting on her last nerve.She went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve my issues when others at the company fell short.She is a true PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.
