2007 was a tumultuous one for me. Started off in radio advertising, then decided I wanted to get to the next level. So I wound up on the umployment line for the next 6 months. Then I landed on the front doorsteps of a luxious office building in downtown Dallas. Platinum Select; where outrageous meets creativity. We were a rowdy bunch of beautiful folks passionate about staffing. We did something right. Eventually we were bought by the mighty AMN Healthcare, perhaps you heard of them, the biggest healthcare staffing company in the country.
A few years later, we were ultimately transitioned to their successful brand, Med Travelers. I have been making friends and finding people jobs since then. I love what I do and committed to providing a memorable experience for those who choose to travel with me.
Every year, AMN Healthcare selects 5 team members to send to Guatemala to help install water filters and build stoves. What an amazing form of community service. I am very fortunate to be chosen as one of the allustrious 5. Check out my submission video below.

Jamil is an outstanding recruiter and singer. He always has my best interest in mind. It seems he keeps my interests and needs at his finger tips. Jamil's response time is almost as fast as the Kentucky Derby winners. It seems like I never wait more than 2 - 3 minutes for his reply to a phone call or email.
As for his singing, well it gives me goose bumps. I have at time just dialed his number in hopes of getting his voice mail so I can hear him sing.
One final note every conversation with Jamil includes at least one if not more moments of laughter. Something I greatly appreciate.

Jamil is a great recruiter. I've worked with several recruiters at several companies. Jamil is one of the best I've worked with. He's honest about everything and doesn't try to push you into anything you're uncomfortable doing. I'd recommend him as a recruiter to anybody.

Jamil is an exceptional recruiter! I know I can always depend on him, to be honest, and upfront about what to expect as a traveler! He is always presenting me with new opportunities and listens to my needs. I know he actively looks for new assignments when I'm ready and presents them as soon as they are available! Jamil's personality is top notch! I wouldn't want to travel with anyone else, knowing that Jamil has my back is what gets me through!
