Before I became a recruiter I worked in our housing and licensing department for a year. By working in these two departments, I was able to gain valuable knowledge about our industry first hand. As you know, licensing is different in every state making it challenging to plan either your first or next assignment. As a result, this allowed me to know licensing loop holes and creative ways to find short term housing for my therapists.
Another thing that sets me apart from the market is I truly want to understand my therapists’ motivations and get to know them on a personal level. I want you to be excited about every opportunity I present and have it strongly align with your career goals.
I love my job and don’t see myself doing anything else. My company is very passionate about taking care of their employees and I want to make sure I do the same. When a therapist decides to work with me, I provide them my personal cell phone number and am available at all hours – weekends included.
Communication is very important to me in how I run my desk. Once placed, I will be there for you every step of the way; from onboarding throughout the length of your assignment and everything in-between. I believe in building a strong partnership for our journey together. The biggest compliment a provider can provide me is referring their friends and colleagues to me, because it means they trust me and I was able to take care of them.

Jessica R assisted me with multiple placements the past 3 years. Her manner was always excellent with quick follow up calls. Her understanding the situation and total attention to detail was amazing and best of all the wonderful selection of jobs in the location I preferred. I feel she really listens. Jessica is great! She cares about her therapists both personally and professionally. She respects the therapists preferences and tries her best to help them reach their professional and experiential goals. I trust her with anything, she is always upfront and honest with the good, the bad, and the ugly of each assignment. She will never push anything on anyone...she really values providing the best experience each and every time! I wish I hadn't settled down because I miss working together!!

My boyfriend and I began looking for recruiters right when we graduated as we knew we wanted to travel. We made a list of several different companies and reps that we had encountered at conventions and researched online. I had talked to a couple while my boyfriend had contacted Jessica through a recommendation from another traveler. After one call, he was sold. I was hesitant at first thinking what makes Jessica different from the other reps I already talked to, but agreed to a phone call. We spend an hour on the phone with Jessica asking all about me, what I like/my hobbies and what I wanna get out of traveling. It almost felt like a first date! But it was great because she was truly listening. (For example, she knows we have dogs and love the outdoors so she looks for places that are dog friendly with plenty of hikes.) I was pleasantly surprised at how much she cared about our goals. Then I asked her about working with other reps simultaneously, she wasn't bothered by this and instead stated that she should be working so hard for us that we don't even feel the need to work with others. That sold me. And since July 2016, when we signed our first contract, that has been the case. She is always there when we need her, happy to answer any questions and go beyond her duties to get us what we need. It's been a pleasure working with her and am so glad she was recommended to us. I'd suggest Jessica to any other traveler looking for an amazing experience with an awesome rep!

Jessica has been my recruiter for almost a year now. Being a Canadian looking for work in the US, I attempted to get in contact with a number of recruiters without much success until I met Jessica. She took the time to understand what I was looking for in a position and I landed a job within a couple of days! She really cares about the therapists that's she works with and is always so quick to reply back when you need to get ahold of her. She takes time to find positions that will be suitable and has been incredibly flexible. She really tries to ensure therapists are happy with their positions. I've come to see her as more of a friend than my recruiter. I am truly grateful for the wonderful positions that she has helped me land.

Jessica has been my recruiter for nearly a year now and she has been truly wonderful! It was complicated as a Canadian trying to navigate the different processes to work in the US as a travel therapist; but since day one of talking with Jessica, she thoroughly explained what I had to do and offered help whenever needed.
