Before I became a recruiter I worked in our housing and licensing department for a year. By working in these two departments, I was able to gain valuable knowledge about our industry first hand. As you know, licensing is different in every state making it challenging to plan either your first or next assignment. As a result, this allowed me to know licensing loop holes and creative ways to find short term housing for my therapists.
Another thing that sets me apart from the market is I truly want to understand my therapists’ motivations and get to know them on a personal level. I want you to be excited about every opportunity I present and have it strongly align with your career goals.
I love my job and don’t see myself doing anything else. My company is very passionate about taking care of their employees and I want to make sure I do the same. When a therapist decides to work with me, I provide them my personal cell phone number and am available at all hours – weekends included.
Communication is very important to me in how I run my desk. Once placed, I will be there for you every step of the way; from onboarding throughout the length of your assignment and everything in-between. I believe in building a strong partnership for our journey together. The biggest compliment a provider can provide me is referring their friends and colleagues to me, because it means they trust me and I was able to take care of them.

I don’t believe there are words to describe how phenomenal Jessica is. I can attest to her work ethic, compassion, expertise and ability to get the job done. I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica over a year, and she has never disappointed me nor come up short. When someone like her has your best interest at heart and in mind, rest assured all of your needs will be met. I don’t know how she does it til this very day; she must have magic up her sleeve.

I have worked with several different companies and recruiters in my 5 years as a traveler. I love working with Jessica. She shows that she cares about her travelers and she does her best to get you the job and location you want. She is very supportive through the hiring process and rotations and supported me if a contract did now work out as planned. I also enjoy working for Delta because they have good health insurance and benefits. I highly recommend Delta as a company and Jessica as a recruiter!

I have been working with Jessica for close to 2 years now and she is absolutely amazing!! I don't know if I would choose to work with Delta if Jessica wasn't there. There hasn't been a problem yet that Jessica hasn't been able to fix or a problem that we haven't been able to work out. She is always a quick phone call away, even when she is not at work. She has gotten back to me when she was off work at a wedding. She goes above and beyond. Any time I am looking for a job, she is upfront about what to expect both good and bad. She sometimes knows me better than I do. She suggests places that I wouldn't have thought of and I have loved them. She is an amazing recruiter. I have never met her in person but I feel like work so well together. I recommend Jessica to any person that is looking to get into traveling.

I have been working as a traveler for going on 3 years and have worked with a few different recruiters/companies over the years. Jessica and Delta have by far been the best! Jessica actually listens to me and finds me positions that are a good fit for me. I’ve never felt pressured to accept a position and have been more than satisfied with what she has found for me thus far. I would highly recommend Jessica to any traveler.
