Before I became a recruiter I worked in our housing and licensing department for a year. By working in these two departments, I was able to gain valuable knowledge about our industry first hand. As you know, licensing is different in every state making it challenging to plan either your first or next assignment. As a result, this allowed me to know licensing loop holes and creative ways to find short term housing for my therapists.
Another thing that sets me apart from the market is I truly want to understand my therapists’ motivations and get to know them on a personal level. I want you to be excited about every opportunity I present and have it strongly align with your career goals.
I love my job and don’t see myself doing anything else. My company is very passionate about taking care of their employees and I want to make sure I do the same. When a therapist decides to work with me, I provide them my personal cell phone number and am available at all hours – weekends included.
Communication is very important to me in how I run my desk. Once placed, I will be there for you every step of the way; from onboarding throughout the length of your assignment and everything in-between. I believe in building a strong partnership for our journey together. Jessica has truly been an amazing recruiter to work with since taking my career on the road as a traveling physical therapist. When I decided to become a traveler, I had no clue where I wanted to work. However, I gave Jessica a vague list of criteria I was seeking and she quickly gave me several options that she felt would be a good fit for me. Unlike other recruiters I've had experience with, Jessica went above and beyond in her research of the potential job lists. She gave me tons of details on the job itself, the area in which the job was located, activities I the area, housing, etc. What I really appreciated about Jessica was her transparency. She gave me both the pros and cons of all the jobs I inquired about and informed me of other hidden details that I may not have found out until it was too late. She truly wanted to find the PERFECT fit for me.
Additionally, Jessica continues to be a daily resource for me as I continue my travels. I can always rely on her to answer my phone calls, emails, or text messages whenever I am in need of something pertaining to my job. Through our professional relationship a friendship has blossomed that I will forever be grateful for. It is very typical for Jessica and I to have conversations beyond the scope of our professional relationship, which I feel has been very valuable as it has helped her understand me at a more personal level. Because she has learned a lot about me through personal conversation, understanding potential job placements that would interest me has become much more accurate and efficient.

One of my classmates had referred me to Jessica when I was getting ready to commit to the travel world as a new-grad. I was very scared and confused regarding the whole process. I was also skeptical at one point to whether continue tavelPT. I'm glad I trusted my classmate and gave Jessica a call. From the first time we've spoken to now, she's been an amazing guide for me on this new journey. She is very patient and knowledgeable person. She puts in alot of efforts to know about your needs to be able to get you your dream assignment. This is my first assignment with her and it has turned out exactly word to word, if not more. I worked with Jessica for about 3 straight years and never thought twice about switching recruiters or companies. She was very easy to work with, and she was always available whenever I needed her. Questions and concerns were addressed quickly and with great attention. She was always upfront and honest with me when it came to jobs, and she worked hard to place me in areas and settings that I requested. She took time to ask me about my hobbies, goals, likes, and dislikes, and then she Tried to find locations or jobs that fit me personally.
